In this 1hr session, Tjeerd will play the singing bowls and Noå will guide you through the breathing exercises. Afterwards it is possible to chat, drink coffee and/or have lunch at the bar of our collab partner De VerbroederIJ. Entry is free, but please register in advance, we have a limited number of places.
This session can be joined by every healthy adult (16+)* and is offered to you on a donation basis, which means you contribute according to your heart and financial capacity. It can be done at any time before or after the session, via the pay-link or QR code provided on site.
Please note that during the session, both Tjeerd and Noå donate their time and energy selflessly in order to make a safe space and moment to travel inward more accessible for everybody feeling the need to (re)connect with their -deeper- self. As well thanks to De Verbroederij for partnering up and offering the room; Together we make this happen!
